2009 HOW TO PARTICIPATE Please read this information carefully. With two sessions, things can get confusing. Links to the registration and reservation forms are provided below. Please select your session carefully, and be sure you indicate your choice on your registration form and request the matching dates on your room reservation form. First Session Friday-Sunday, January 16-18, 2009 Second Session Monday-Wednesday, January 19-21, 2009
Program Registration Be sure to indicate which session you want to attend. You can complete and (US) mail the PROGRAM APPLICATION FORM any time, but we will not begin to acknowledge until September 1, 2008. We will acknowledge by e-mail in order of postmark date by, so please make your email address legible. Payment for the Program accepted by check only. In addition to the PROGRAM APPLICATION,
you will need to make arrangements for room and board.
If you choose to stay at Epworth by the Sea, print the EPWORTH
ROOM AND BOARD FORM, fill it out and (U.S.) mail it directly to them.
They do not have the personnel to accept reservations by
telephone. They will accept payment by check or credit card. Epworth
will book all of their rooms long before the event begins.
See the ALTERNATE INNS FORM for rooms
only if you cannot or do not want to stay at Epworth. They will make
reservations by telephone.
See EPWORTH MEAL PLANS only if you are
