Registrations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration payments may be either by credit card or by check. Our preference is payment by credit card. If you have any difficulty with registration please feel free to email januaryadventure237@gmail.com or call Peter McCall at 770-329-6156. It may take a day or two to get a response.

We suggest you register early as most years fill up fast.

 

In addition to the January Adventure Event Registration, you will need to make arrangements a hotel room. This may be done either by staying at Epworth By The Sea or at one of the nearby hotels

 

An Epworth Reservation REQUIRES a JA2020 Confirmation ID Number which appears on your screen upon completion of online registration and also in your Registration Confirmation email. So be sure to Register for JA2020 first, before filling out the Epworth Registration form.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancel Before 10/31/2019 the refund will be $100.00
  2. Cancel Between 11/1/2019 and midnight 12/15/2019 the refund will be $65.00
  3. No refund for cancellations received after 12/15/2019
  4. Email cancellation requests to: januaryadventure237@gmail.com
  5. All refunds will be made by check
  6. Please include your registration ID number, name you registered with, and address so we can mail your refund check
